The Eastern Area has placed a withholding on all crafts for Excessing of Maintenance Employees from the Philadelphia and Norristown TriCounty Pennsylvania offices.

“Eastern Area is implementing the withholding provisions of Article 12.5 (B)(2) for all full-time regular Level 10 and below Maintenance Craft positions, all Level 7 and below full-time Clerk Craft positions, all Level 5 and below full-time Mail Handler Craft positions, and all City Letter Carrier Craft Q1 (CC1) positions within 50 miles of the Philadelphia Processing and Distribution Center. This action is necessary as a result of the Maintenance Staffing Analysis.”
