Postmaster General Louis DeJoy’s latest employee video message focuses on efforts to improve USPS delivery and retail operations.

Under the Delivering for America plan, USPS is establishing more than 400 sorting and delivery centers that will allow the organization to expand its offerings and provide more reliable, affordable service.

As DeJoy explains, one of the Postal Service’s most important strategies is the establishment of more than 400 sorting and delivery centers that will allow the organization to expand its offerings and provide more reliable, affordable service.

The video also includes comments from Dr. Joshua Colin, chief retail and delivery officer; Angela Curtis, delivery operations vice president; and Elvin Mercado, retail and Post Office operations vice president.

The six-minute video, which debuted July 12, is the second in a series that will be released throughout the summer. The previous video addressed network improvements.
