USPS: Second customer experience pilot begins – 16 S&DCs are taking part in the 90-day program

USPS: Customer experience pilot program at four S&DCs concludes

This pilot measured service requests, customer satisfaction and employee availability. The goals are based on tenets of the Delivering of America plan and focus on caring about the customers while empowering employees who are providing service.

USPS puts new sorting and delivery centers on display to news media and employees

Since 2021, there have been more than 1,700 new delivery vehicles assigned to S&DCs, and more than 57,000 delivery vehicles have been put into service nationwide.
