I will be requesting a meeting on this new directive to management as it relates to TACS.

Do NOT stop your local grievance filing and NLRB charges, when applicable.

I am so tired on working 20 hours a day fighting this non-stop USPS bad faith bargaining bullshit, even when I am on annual leave.

This is clerk work.

Is this why DeJoy has a need to hire another 8000 higher level supervisors to perform clerk bargaining unit work that should be performed by lower level APWU clerk bargaining unit employees?

Give us our work. DeJoy and his subordinates have no respect for the APWU national leadership, so you are not alone in facing you local challenges at your level.

If he is unaware then he needs to address those issues.

During this same period they are telling clerks there is no work and they are being involuntarily reassigned to more distant locations and in many instances they are being reassigned at the new locations

We must stand up and fight.

You can best believe as long as I have blood in my veins, there will be accountability.

Over the next few days the Clerk Division will be sending out an editable template to send to their Congressional leaders as it relates to the direction of the Postal Service.

More fighting approaches will be shared in the coming New Year.

Please disseminate to the field.

I will NOT be silenced under my watch.

In Union solidarity, the struggle continues.

Lamont Brooks
Director
Clerk Division
