Postal Service’s Policy on Workplace Harassment, Equal Employment Opportunity

Effective July 1, 2021, the Postal Service™ reissued its Memorandum of Policy (MOP) HR-07-01-2021-2, Postal Service’s Policy on Workplace Harassment (see blue.usps.gov/cpim/ftp/policy/hr/hr070120212.pdf).

MOP HR-07-01-2021-2 must be posted prominently in the following locations:

  • All personnel offices;
  • Equal Employment Opportunity offices;
  • On the agency’s internal website; and
  • Throughout the workplace.

This policy reaffirms the Postal Service’s commitment to providing a work environment free of harassment and supersedes MOP HR-06-29-2020-2.

In accordance with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission’s Management Directive 715, the policy is updated annually and prominently posted in the following locations:

  • All personnel offices;
  • Equal Employment Opportunity offices;
  • On the agency’s internal website; and
  • Throughout the workplace.

This policy reaffirms the Postal Service’s commitment to providing equality of opportunity in every aspect of employment and supersedes MOP HR-06-29-2020-1.
