Specifically referencing Memorandum of Policy (MOP) HR-03-26-2020-2, the Anderson, Indiana Post office is overrun with reports from rural carriers of supervisors creating hostile work environments with actions that include; throwing objects such as keys at carriers, yelling at carriers, the Post master laying hands on a carrier, communicating verbal threats, acts of verbal retaliation towards Rural carriers. Forcing carriers to drive unsafe LLV’s that have had mechanical defects reported numerous times with no corrective action taken. Within the last 10 days, a carrier was required to drive his LLV after a defect was reported with a wheel hub, that wheel hub assembly separated from the vehicle while the carrier was driving it, causing the carrier to be injured and more damage to the vehicle.

The Post Master in Anderson, Indiana is Terry Wadsworth. On numerous occasions Terry has subjected employees to hostile verbal threats – carriers, specifically rural carriers, with the exception of one supervisor with the first name of Chris, this type of verbal abuse is leveraged by all the supervisors within the Anderson PO.

At this point, it is my hope that this message with result in the Inspector General investigating the abusive acts of the so called leadership within the Anderson PO. Should that not occur or if retribution is taken in any way towards employees because of this report, I will take appropriate legal action.

Memorandum of Policy (MOP) HR-03-26-2020-2 specifically speaks to the USPS policy of abusive management, Abusive Supervisors, EEO Compliance, Employee Rights and Responsibilities, harassment, hostile work environments, each of the conditions are present and alive in the Anderson, Indiana PO. Please take the necessary actions to correct it.
