Zero Tolerance Policy Arbitration Award holds USPS Management Accountable

See, read, and enjoy the attached Arbitration Award from Arbitrator Joseph A. Harris dated 3/23/2023.

In my 40+ years of doing this stuff, this is without a doubt, the STRONGEST Arbitration Award in regard to MANAGERS being held accountable to their own Zero Tolerance Policy!!!!! Hopefully, local Leaders around the Country will use this award in similar cases in their offices.

Feel free to share it as you deem necessary.

Respectfully,

USPS mgmt may want to pay close attention to this ruling below (click on link). Why it was not used by APWU in remedy in above case is puzzling but I hope to see it cited more often going forward. The USPS seems to only seriously come into compliance when they are forced to open their wallet.
