Brothers and Sisters

I am asking that you reach out today to some of your locals and provide information on two issues related to delayed mail. First, was there a service talk given to the employees concerning talking to the media (example attached)? If so, can you provide a copy. Secondly, a couple of weeks ago, were they given a service talk about cutting work hours? If so, please provide a copy (example attached). Time is of the essence.  Also, if you could provide the facilities in your areas that have removed or tarped the machines. Please email the information to delayedmail@apwu.org
