The Postal Service has published the latest issue of The Eagle magazine and mailed it to employees’ homes.

This summer edition explores USPS Ground Advantage, the organization’s new shipping option.

“The real spark for Ground Advantage was looking at our processing, logistics and delivery network changes and realizing that we will have a fantastic 2- to 5-day ground capability,” Shavon Keys, sales vice president, says in the article.

Another article underscores how important it is for USPS managers to explain “the why” of change, so that employees understand strategies.

In addition, the magazine shines a spotlight on Rhoshonda Jones, an employee in Bellmawr, NJ, who believes a group effort can help toward the achievement of personal goals.
