If a facility is identified to become an SDC, RPDC, LPC, etc. it does not automatically mean that it will be subject to Article 12 excessing or abolishment.The inclusions on these lists and previously sent out documents is not Article 12 notification of excessing!
If and when excessing under Article 12.C.5 is to occur, your Regional Coordinator will receive notification and be in touch with affected local leadership.
