Attached are three arbitration cases to help fight the improper installation of web cams. Memphis Region National Business Agent (NBA) Billy Woods did an excellent job in two of these awards and sent me his opening in arbitration to share. NBA Dennis Taff was successful in the third case on the use of cameras.

This issue of installing cameras to spy on employees is happening all over the country. Pictures can be taken, video can be recorded for inappropriate usage by anyone having access to the cameras. Included in the attachments are pictures sent to me from cameras placed in the Fort Myers P&DC.
