Who is assigned painting duties when there is no PS8 painter in the facility?
In the Maintenance Craft, who is assigned painting duties when there is no PS8 painter in the facility? We have BEM9s and MM7s. Do the BEMs work down or do the Maintenance Mechanics get the higher level? Can anyone cite any arbitrations to support either side?
