Subject: Response to APWU RFI on Harassment Phone Line

Union Family,

Previously, the Postal Service announced that they had established an information line employees could call regarding Harassment. I submitted an information request to find out what it was exactly. The line is a recorded line, no information is obtained from employees, and it is not to report harassment, hostile work environment, etc. Attached is the response to each of my questions and a transcript of the recording. It does appear that phone numbers calling the line are collected that the EEO office has access to and “may be reported to postal leadership, the Office of Inspector General, and/or the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.”

Thank-you,
