How will the Postal Service Health Plan impact the APWU’s Health Plan in 2025? Will retirees have to pay union dues in order to participate in the Postal Service’s Health Plan? Thank you.

    The prescription drug benefits in the PSHB program will be different from the FEHB plans. USPS will be offering its OWN prescription drug benefit.

    No one has explained how that will work or how much it will cost enrollees. USPS is predicting huge savings for itself.
