At the Washington State APWU Convention it was reported that APWU Retirees Department Director Judy Beard has been appointed to Legislative Director, filling the vacancy left by John Marcotte’s recent appointment to Health Plan Director.

It was also reported that Washington DC Region Clerk Division NBA (C) Nancy Olumekor was appointed to fill the Retiree Director vacancy and her NBA position was abolished.
