Subject: September 7, 2024 Sortation & Delivery Centers (S&DC)

Union Family,

Yesterday while I was traveling, we received official notice on the start up of 16 Sortation and Delivery Centers (S&DCs). The following locations will have S&DCs starting up on September 7, 2024. You may already be seeing renovations/construction going on in these facilities. Remember—if a facility is getting an SDUS, a new coat of paint, remodeled bathrooms, etc. it is becoming an S&DC even if no “spoke offices” are being moved in. In this road of starts, 6 of the S&DCs will not have “spokes” brought in.

• High Point, NC—no spokes being brought in
• Severna Park, MD
• Southern Connecticut, CT
• Vineland, NJ—no spokes being brought in
• Wilkes Barre, PA­—no spokes being brought in
• York East, PA
• Carbondale, IL
• Oakland Park, OH—no spokes being brought in
• La Crosse, WI—no spokes being brought in
• Washington (Dayton area), OH
• Shawnee Mission, KS
• Acworth, GA
• Columbus, GA
• Lake Charles, LA
• Sarasota, FL—no spokes being brought in
• Olympia, WA
