“The Fleet Leadership Development program is an opportunity for employees to expand their skill sets, work one-on-one with upper management and learn more about the attributes it takes to succeed here at fleet,” said Fleet Management Manager Philip F. Knoll. Hands-on coaching is provided by regional and territorial managers.

VMF managers and supervisors interested in the program are encouraged to go to the Fleet Leadership Development site to complete their applications. The first application cycle is Oct. 1-31.

Employees with questions may email Fleet Operations Specialist Debra Boldt for more information.
