Turnkey! I’ve worked in Providence many times, but never at the plant. Just applied for a job to try and get back there. As scary a thought as it is, I need to get back to prov.

The Providence RI Post Office was “the first automated post office in the United States.” Commissioned by the Post Office Department as a pilot site to handle the growing volume of mail, it was opened on October 20, 1960. That building is now the Providence Processing and Distribution Center where I work today.
