Before we all get distracted with national elections the Members are entitled to some answers:
- Is the rumor true that the APWU spent over a million dollars as promised to build a new website?
- Is a new website coming that will provide “fresh” news instead of the current website that changes once every three weeks?
- Is our Union willing to share some of the “kickback” from United Healthcare with those of us who’ve seen our premiums double this year?
- Are our leaders in Washington willing to commit to getting the politics out of the Union and start working on behalf of every member regardless of the size of their Local? This means utilizing the bloated staff to return calls from Locals.
Let’s return this Union to what we previously had. Folks like Biller, Burrus, Guffey were not amateurs.
