Stewards/Officers:

A ‘new’ Shop Steward’s Training Manual [PDF] that was revised in July 2014. This (132) page Manual has been updated to include the following: (I) Postal Support Employees (PSEs) issues (pages 65-72), (II) Article 1.6.a and Article 1.6.b violations (pages 74-76), (III) and the rights of the employees/union has when employees are interrogated by Postal Inspectors and so forth (pages 77-88). It is my opinion that this Manual will prove to be invaluable for, not only ‘new’ Stewards, but will be a great reference guide for even the most seasoned Steward/Officer.

Also attached is the Grievance Chronology Sheet [PDF] which outlines time-lines for each Step throughout the grievance procedure.
