Effective October 12, 2017, the Postal Service is revising the Employee and Labor Relations Manual (ELM), section 666.32, to update how the Office of Inspector General handles allegations of reprisal for the release of infomation.

666.32 Upon receipt of the allegations, the Office of Inspector General will conduct a preliminary review of the allegations and determine if further action is warranted.

We will incorporate this revision into the next online update of the ELM.
