Subject: EEOC ruling: Yes, employers can require the COVID-19 vaccine
A point of interests for all workers. The EEOC has decided that the employer can require vaccination unless you have a disability (Doctor Note) or Religious belief. The Employer must determine if the unvaccinated employee presents a significant risk in harm to health or safety that cannot be eliminated or reduced through reasonable accommodation.
