Can a person hold multiple positions at the same time? We have a person who is an OWCP Representative, a Union Steward and now they are running for a Trustee Position.
Can a person hold all 3 positions at the same time? Please give references.

Sheryl – Consult your local Constitution & Bylaws. The answer should be there. It could also depend on whether you shop stewards and OWCP rep are elected or appointed positions. Lehigh Valley Local Constitution says that Officers can be shop stewards if appointed, but no one can hold two elected positions. Look to your Constitution.
