(September 12, 2014) If you see wrongdoing, the Office of the Inspector General (OIG) wants you to report it.

The OIG has reissued its fraud awareness poster, which encourages employees to report postal crimes and wrongdoing by employees and contractors. The revised poster includes phone numbers and a Web address for reporting crimes, as well as a QR code to allow mobile device users to file reports online.

The poster is being distributed to all postal facilities and should be prominently displayed in workrooms and on employee bulletin boards.

The posters are free. Additional posters can be ordered through the eBuy2 system under Material Distribution Center catalog listing 7690-08-000-0914.

For complete ordering instructions, visit the Materials Customer Service site or call 800-332-0317.
