Does anyone have any contacts in San Mateo or Eagan? Specifically looking for contacts who can answer health benefit refund questions. Have a member who has been receiving deposits for some time, but the figures do not add up. The member has not received any documentation of these deposits even though the elm says the employee should receive a copy of the PS 202….I have a few ideas possibly why this may be happening as DOL works on a 12 month calendar resulting in only 24 pay periods in the postal world instead of 26….Any help, suggestions or assistance is greatly appreciated.
