Union and NAME of Local/Branch Michigan State Retiree Chapter, APWU Office held, if any President Competition is a good thing. Keeps ’em on their toes. Greg Bell running for his old job again?! Hum-m-m. Jeff Kehlert running for Exec. V.P. too. Looks as if it might be a 3-way contest. I know who he is, but don’t have the book on Jeff. Will have to go to my reliable, trusted resource, Leo Persails, on that one.
Candidates for APWU President, Exec. V.P., Sec,-Treas., Legislative/Political Dir., Human Relations Dir., & Dir. APWU Health Plan should be mindful that members of the APWU Retirees’ Department are eligible to vote for those positions…..and rightly so. With regard to the Exec. V.P. contest; I’ve an issue with the incumbent’s lack of response to a promise to investigate a constitutional issue brought to their attention. It’s a long-standing matter of inquiry in dispute with the Sec.-Treas. Anyone interested?
