TAMPA FL – The U.S. Postal Service is accepting applications for Casual Mail Handlers, a temporary seasonal job for the fall mailing season and holiday period.

The Postal Service plans to hire a total of 400 Casual Mail Handlers to work in St. Petersburg, Sarasota, Orlando, Lake Mary, Tampa, Lakeland and Melbourne, Florida.

Salary for the position is $12 per hour. Available jobs are currently posted online at www.usps.com/careers under the “Search Open Jobs; apply online section” on the lower right side.

Applicants should select “Florida” for location and select “Casual (CEP)” for more information about the position and to apply.

Applications for Casual Mail Handlers will be accepted through October 22, 2016.
