The Postal Service’s high score means that retiring USPS employees are entered into interim pay sooner and retirement cases are submitted for final adjudication faster than ever. Since 2013, the Postal Service has improved its retirement accuracy score by 18 percent.
In addition to retirement processing, the HR Shared Service Center and Eagan Retirement teams also provide annuity estimates, process military buy back applications, and answer employee inquiries.
“Every member of the team is dedicated to processing each retirement case accurately and in a timely manner,” said Benefits Program Manager Al Woods. “They’re committed to customer service and always work together to get the job done.”
