The USPS sent out a letter response to Senator Manchin blaming the Appalachian District for jumping the gun on the hours changes. Well that would mean that South Jersey District and a few other “jumped the gun” too in contrast to HQ’s orders. We all know Districts don’t have the cajones to do things on their own much less a whole bunch of them.
