Postmaster General Louis DeJoy discusses the holiday season in a special year-end video message to employees.

USPS, expecting more package volume, has hired seasonal workers, added transportation options and expanded Sunday deliveries.

DeJoy thanks employees for their service during the holidays, as well as their dedication throughout the year.

“The women and men of the Postal Service have played a tremendous role in supporting the nation throughout the pandemic, during the election season, and now through a very busy holiday season. I am grateful for your service in every community,” he says.

The video, released Dec. 14, is available on Link and other postal websites and will be shown to employees throughout the organization this week.
