The Notification and Federal Employee Anti-discrimination and Retaliation Act of 2002 (No FEAR Act) course will help employees recognize unlawful harassment in federal workplaces. The course, which is available in the Learning Management System (LMS), takes about 30 minutes to complete.  The course number is 10023337.

The training is mandatory for all career and non-career employees. Employees who don’t have access to LMS will receive a PowerPoint presentation and a stand-up talk version of the No FEAR Act training from their supervisor or manager.
