All employees must complete the Postal Service’s anti-discrimination training course by Thursday, June 30.

The Notification and Federal Employee Antidiscrimination and Retaliation Act (No FEAR Act) course helps employees recognize unlawful harassment in federal workplaces.

This mandatory course, which is available in the Learning Management System (LMS) for all career and non-career employees, takes about 30 minutes to complete. The course number is 10024587.

“The Postal Service is committed to providing equal employment opportunity for all employees,” said Labor Relations VP Doug Tulino. “Training employees on Equal Employment Opportunity laws and their protections is one step towards delivering on our commitment to a fair, equitable and fully engaged workplace.”

Employees who don’t have access to LMS will find a PowerPoint and service talk version of the course on the Human Resources’ Strategic Training Initiatives Blue page.
