The Louisville, KY Processing and Distribution Center (P&DC) is experiencing processing delays as they support the Evansville, IN Processing and Distribution Facility (P&DF) while Evansville completes equipment upgrades. Our teams are working diligently to process the volumes and return to normal operations. Louisville expects to be current by Sunday, September 20, 2026.
We will leverage alternative sites within the region for processing including the Nashville, TN Processing and Distribution Center (P&DC) and the Springdale, OH Annex. There are no impacts to the FAST appointment scheduling at this time, but customers may experience longer than usual wait times.
