Fifth-grade students at River Roads Lutheran School in St. Louis, MO, recently wrote letters to PMG Pat Donahoe, demonstrating the skills they developed from having a Post Office in their school.
Donahoe wrote back to thank the students for taking the time to contact to him. âItâs always a pleasure to receive letters from our customers, but itâs especially heartwarming whenever I receive letters from young people like you,â wrote Donahoe.
The PMG also told the students he was pleased they were participating in their schoolâs letter-writing program. âIn this age of digital media and other forms of electronic communications, too many people donât experience the excitement of sending or receiving a a handwritten letter â but that obviously isnât the case at River Roads Lutheran School!â
