Effective March 3, 2016, the Postal Service™ reissued its Equal Employment Opportunity Policy Statement.

In accordance with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission’s (EEOC’s) Management Directive 715 (MD 715), the policy will be updated annually and prominently posted in all personnel offices, EEO offices, and on the agency’s internal website. This policy reaffirms the Postal Service’s commitment to equality of opportunity in every aspect of employment and supersedes Equal Employment Opportunity Policy Statement, DD-03-10-2015.

The Equal Employment Opportunity Policy Statement will be available on the Postal Service PolicyNet website:

• Under “Essential Links” in the left hand column, click PolicyNet.
• Click MOPS.
