Nearly 1.7 Million Postal Employees and Family Members Enrolled, Sets Stage for Large FEHB Improvement
In 2025, the employer contribution rate for PSHB plans is the same across all Postal labor unions and management associations, except for USPS non-career employees or where specified otherwise in a collective bargaining agreement.
PSHB enrollees, on average, will pay $20 more toward their biweekly health care premiums next year.
The announcement of rates and coverage terms in both programs could come at any time.
Postal Service enrollees always have the right to choose their PSHB plan during the Federal Benefits Open Season. This year, Open Season will run from November 11, 2024, through December 9, 2024.
