New to craft MSS testing-any recourse on interview?
New to craft custodian requested to take the tests under the MSS new to craft process. Management messed up the original procedure so a grievance had to be filed. Won the grievance at Step 3 with remedy of being allowed to take the tests and if successful, the local would determine if employee was bypassed…
