April 9, 2024 The Postal Service’s social media heatmap is now located on the Qlik Sense hub. The Tableau version of the map is no longer available. The map geographically displays online reviews of Post Offices as well as conversations with social customer response associates. Results can be viewed by area, district and ZIP Code….
