Be it Resolved: Article 13 section 1 shall be amended to include the APWU Retirees Director on the Board of Directors of the Health Plan and,
Be it further Resolved Article 13 Section 1 would read “The National Executive Board of the APWU, Retirees Director, and the Director of the Health Plan shall be the Board of Directors of the Health Plan.”
