NLRB Judge rules USPS must provide information on probationary employees [07-CA-301929]
The NLRB Administrative Law Judge found otherwise and agreed with the APWU that the information was “presumptively” relevant thus rendering a decision that the USPS’s denial of information was violative of the Act.
