Subject: Survey included with 2021 Membership Cards

Sisters and Brothers,

2021 APWU membership cards are in the mail. Included in the membership card mailing this year is a survey. In 2021 our collective bargaining agreement will be expiring. Negotiations will begin in June. Preparations for negotiations are ongoing. Part of that preparation includes collecting data from the Postal Service, reviewing the past Labor Management resolutions adopted at the national conventions, examining proposals from past negotiations, and reviewing past interest arbitration awards to help formulate APWU strategy and priorities. It is important to know what the membership’s priorities are and what is important to the membership. We are encouraging you to promote and ask your members to complete the survey and return it. Members can return it via mail or do it online. We wanted you to be aware of the survey and have attached a copy of the survey for your records.

Please feel free to share this message.
