Dear Brothers and Sisters:
We are about to enter a new period for the APWU. Jonathan Smith of New York is our new president. He received 53.3% of those voting. He begins his term on November 12, 2025 (next Tuesday).
We should all support President Jonathan Smith and give him a fair chance to succeed. Our union is not improved and helped when we have current officers speaking negative about our new APWU president.
As an APWU member I plan to support our new president provide assistance if requested.
I also plan to send in the attached two resolutions for next year’s convention.
