One of our former officers has taken a 204B position. I know that we can recover all funds spent on training. But, can we also recover all other funds associated with said training? Lost time, travel, meals, hotel? I want to get all of my ducks in a row before I send the letter. Is there a special letter than can be used for this purpose? This is the first time I have had to deal with this and any advice will be welcome. Thanks.
