We have a PTR custodian who’s regular hours are sat, sun, mon for a total of 14 hours. He went on vacation and since he has earned 160 hours of annual he put in for 40 hours for the week. Management is saying they cannot enter 40 hours only 14 hours of annual, thus he was only paid 14 hours annual. He is used to getting more hours with people off and they use him to run express so he does get about 32 hours a week.
