As a PSE you cannot bid. If no one transfers in and you are within 50 miles of that office, you should get a letter offering the job. However, it goes to the PSE within 50 miles with the earliest start date that responds to the offer.
I see that you are part of the 480. You should contact their union office. They’ll give you the best information for your area.
