   The MOU Peak Season Exception Period created “Holiday Clerk Assistants” that are outside of the bargaining unit during the Peak Season Exception Period. While we can’t file grievances for HCAs, they are not to be utilized in a manner that is inconsistent with contractual provisions relative to PSEs. They are paid the same as clerk PSEs.
