One week into this new health plan and hundred’s of annuitants are locked out and on hold for hours. We have no problem getting into OPM but when we need PSHB it’s another story. OPM and PSHB can’t fix it and we are not able to choose our health plan. I spent hours on hold only to be told it was OPM. OPM says it was PSHB. The only thing they could agree on is it’s broken. WHAT DO WE DO??????? No one seems to know.
