In his latest video message, Postmaster General Louis DeJoy discusses the first anniversary of Delivering for America, the Postal Service’s 10-year plan to return the organization to financial sustainability and achieve service excellence.

“I am pleased to say that we are making a lot of progress,” he says.

As he notes, USPS has reworked its organizational structure, helped stabilize its workforce, implemented new pricing strategies, adopted new service standards and made new investments, including the first installment of its next-generation delivery vehicles.

DeJoy also mentions the recently signed Postal Service reform legislation and the delivery of COVID-19 test kits.

The video, released April 19, is available on Link and other postal websites and will be shown to employees throughout the organization this week and next.
