Industrial Relations Director Charlie Cash is pleased to announce improvements to the APWU Electronic Grievance System (EGS). The use of EGS continues to grow year after year. APWU locals can use the system to create grievances, file grievances electronically, request and exchange information with the Postal Service, keep grievants notified of the status of their grievances, and more, all through the easy-to-use EGS interface. The number of locals using EGS has grown over the years and continues to grow. This system is cost-free for locals who use it. It is another tool that locals can utilize to improve the grievance process and track grievances at the local level.
