(June 15, 2020) Due to the impact of the Coronavirus Pandemic, the parties have agreed to extend the time limits for appealing grievances to Step 3 and to arbitration for an additional period. This agreement is effective through July 17, 2020. Prior to the expiration of this agreement, the parties will revisit this issue to determine if an additional extension is warranted.
